  • 55 mins These tasty fish cakes are made with smoked haddock and sweetcorn
  • 350 g smoked haddock
  • 500 g maris piper or other floury potatoes
  • flour
  • 200 g can sweetcorn
  • 2 tbsp snipped chives
  • 5 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork
  • 2 tbsp of oil
  • 5 minutes each side until crisp, golden and piping hot
