  • 3 rd batch were less flat but still browning around the edges (I was trying to make them just white) so I tinted the batter a slight pink and this prevented them from browning....and yes the fourth batch had feet
  • 3 egg whites
  • 210 g icing sugar
  • 125 g almond flour
  • 30 g caster sugar
  • 24 yellow chocolate
  • 48 red heart
  • 20 minutes Preheat oven to 150 degrees C.
